• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according

to schedule, specifications and budget.

• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against

established schedules.

• Develop and implement quality control programs.

• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.

• Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.

• Cordinate with sub-contractors and make sure that they adhere to construction schedules and

programs.

• Checking and Approving the MEP coordination drawings for Installation.

• Material Approvals and Ordering.

• Carry out all the site inspection and record their Approvls.

• Monitor and update the material and drawing tracking schedules.

• Chair and attend Conflict resolution meetings of the internal Subcontractors.

• Chair and condurct weekly Progress meetings.

• Assisting in Testing and commisioning of MEP Services.
